Puliyogare

Ingredients:

Rice
Cashew
Tamarind
Curry Leaves
Salt
Chana Dhal
Urad Dhal
Fenugreek Seeds
Mustard
Cumin Seeds
Asafoetida
Pepper
Oil
Turmeric powder
Groundnut

Method:

1.Cook rice.
2.In a pan add oil and fry mustard+karuveipillai+groundnut+cashew+kadalai parupu+ulutham parupu+asafoetida+red chillies+seeragam+fenugreek seeds+turmeric powder.
3.Add tamarind water.
4.Now mix this masala with rice.
5.This gravy can be used for 2 to 3 days.
