Vegetable Pulav

Ingredients:

Vegetables-1/2 cup
Ginger,Garlic paste-1 Tsp
Garam masala-1/4 Tsp
oil
Pepper-1/2 Tsp
Salt-As per taste
Rice-1/2 Cup
Pudhina-Few Leaves


Method:

1.Cook rice in the ratio 1:1 1/2 and keep aside.
2.In a pan fry garam masala,chopped onion,green chillies,ginger,garlic paste.
3.After the raw smell goes off add the vegetables to it.
4.Finally add salt and pepper.
5.Now add the above to the cooked rice and serve hot.
