Tomato Rice

Ingredients:


Ghee-1 spoon
Oil-1 spoon
Garam masala or Biriyani masala-1/2 spoon
Elachi powder-2 pinch
Onion-1
Green Chillies-3
Ginger garlic paste-1 spoon
Tomatoes-2
Red chilli powder-1/4 spoon
Coriander powder-2 spoon
Salt
Sugar(Optional)-1/4 spoon

Method:


1.In a frying pan add ghee,oil,garam masala/biriyani masala,elachi powder,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,grinded tomatoes,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt
optional:1 pinch of sugar
2.In a rice cooker add basmathi rice in the ratio 1 cup of rice for 1 and a half cup of water.Pour the above contents into the rice cooker and allow it to cook.
3.Add coriander leaves for garnishing.
